Website Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Supplies Meet Talent website (www.suppliesmeettalent.com) and any purchases you make from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By using our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Your Account
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.


3. Products

  • We make every effort to display our products (SMP pigments, needles, machines, and other consumables) as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee it will be exact.

  • All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable quantities and to refuse orders.

4. Placing an Order & Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.

  • You will receive an automated order acknowledgement email. This is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation we have received it.

  • Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us takes place when we send you a "Order Confirmed" or "Dispatch Confirmation" email. Only then have we accepted your offer.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason, for example, if a product is out of stock or if we identify an error in the product description or price. We will notify you and provide a full refund if you have already paid.

5. Price and Payment

  • The price of the goods will be the price shown on our website at the time you place your order.

  • All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which will be clearly added before you confirm your payment.

  • We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to process your payment. Your payment details are handled securely by these providers, and we do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

  • We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order.

  • Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence for consumer contracts.

  • Risk and Ownership: The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us. You will own the goods once we have received payment in full.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Returns & Refunds)

  • As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your contract with us for any reason. You do not need to give a reason.

  • To cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to our contact address).

  • You must return the goods to us at your own cost, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.

  • Important Note for Consumables: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any sealed consumable products (such as needles, pigments, cartridges, or ointments) if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or used.

  • We will refund you the price you paid for the goods (excluding the original delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned items back from you or of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • This cancellation right is separate from your legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

  • If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund you in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Our Liability

  • Supplies Meet Talent will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us failing to comply with these terms if the loss or damage is unforeseen (e.g., it was not obvious that it would happen).

  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, and images) is the property of Supplies Meet Talent or our suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.


11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
