Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from suppliesmeettalent.com ("our website", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Your Right to Cancel (The "Cooling-Off Period")
Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. This is often called the "cooling-off period".
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision clearly. You can do this by:

We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on where to send the goods.
2. Effects of Cancellation & Getting a Refund
If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period:

We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (including standard delivery costs) to the original payment method.

We are permitted by law to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to you handling them more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Please see Section 4 for details.

You must return the goods to us at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

We will process the refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods back, or from the day you provide us with proof of return (whichever is sooner).

3. Returns Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team within the 14-day period to notify us of your wish to return the item(s) and to receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.

Step 2: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and RA number.

Step 3: Post the package to the address we provide, using a tracked and insured delivery service. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
4. Conditions for Returns
To receive a full refund, the item(s) must be:

Returned within the 14-day period.

In "as new" condition – unused, unopened (with original seals intact), and in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Complete with all parts, accessories, and documentation.
We may deduct an amount from the refund if the goods have been used, installed, or have suffered damage beyond what is necessary to inspect them. This deduction will be for the loss in value of the goods.
5. Your Legal Rights for Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Your legal rights are not limited to the 14-day cooling-off period. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

Of satisfactory quality.

As described.

Fit for purpose.

If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement. In this case:

Contact us immediately (and in any event within 30 days of receipt for a full refund).

We will cover the cost of the return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

We will inspect the item and, if the fault is confirmed, process a full refund (including delivery costs) or dispatch a replacement, at your choice.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The right to cancel does not apply to the following goods, which cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g., custom-printed materials).

Perishable goods (e.g., certain art materials with a short shelf life).

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., certain adhesives or chemicals).
7. Refunds

Timing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return.

Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Delivery Costs: Standard delivery costs will be refunded for cancelled orders and faulty goods. If you chose a premium delivery method, only the cost of our standard delivery will be refunded.
