1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Please note that this order processing time is separate from the shipping time. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Estimates
We are committed to providing reliable and affordable shipping options.
a) UK Mainland Shipping
We partner with Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD to offer the following shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched.
Standard Delivery flat fee £4.99 (Free on orders over £60)
b) International Shipping (EU & Rest of World)
Please be aware that any customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We fill out all necessary customs forms accurately, declaring the full value of the order.

3. Order Tracking
For all orders except Standard Royal Mail, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey and get an estimated delivery date.
For Standard Royal Mail orders, you may receive a proof of postage reference.
4. What if No One is Home?
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will typically:

Leave your package in a secure place (e.g., porch, with a neighbour).

Leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a local depot.
Please check the specific courier's policy (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, Evri) for their exact procedure. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive the package.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that this will incur an additional shipping fee.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your email address, e.g., support@suppliesmeettalent.com] with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
In the rare event that your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local sorting office. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 14 days, and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
